Donation Terms

This donation becomes the property of Unbridled Charitable Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3 charitable organization and is to be sold at an auction benefiting the charity. Where applicable, a gift certificate, letter of entitlement and/or brochure should be provided by the donor for presentation to the winning bidder. The donor has established the value for the charitable tax deduction purposes. Unbridled Eve reserves the right to combine donated items to create unique auction packages. The donor grants the Unbridled Charitable Foundation the right to mention donation in any promotional literature regarding the auction.
